Kevin Clark-Vice President

Kevin has spent over 20 years serving his community and country. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Kevin got on his local fire department as a Firefighter/EMT at the age of 18. Deeply affected by the events of September 11, 2001, Kevin joined the Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst where he served nine years on active duty. During his service, Kevin deployed multiple times to Iraq and other locations in SW Asia. It was during his military service that he met Sara, and they have been married for 14 years.

Once settled in Colorado Springs, they decided as a family to make it home and raise their young children. Kevin was honorably discharged from military service and found employment in the defense contracting sector. In 2013, Kevin pursued an opportunity to join the Colorado Springs Police Department as a senior crime/intelligence analyst assigned to the Metro Vice, Narcotics and Intelligence division. In 2021, Kevin accepted his current position with the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office as the Director, Crime Strategies & Intelligence.

Kevin currently serves on the board of the Police Foundation of Colorado Springs, and has supported/volunteered with many community-focused organizations to include March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, TESSA, Wounded Warriors, Shield616, Ronald McDonald House, and Meals on Wheels.

The Clark’s reside in the Banning Lewis Ranch community where their oldest daughter went through BLRA, their second daughter went through BLRA and BLPA, and youngest daughter currently attends BLRA. Kevin has volunteered to serve on this board with the belief of “students first”, to support the needs of the teachers, and be a trusted partner with BLA parents to prepare our kids for their next steps in life.
