Guin Leeder

Guin joined the BLRA family in 2016 when she retired from the Air Force. In her 23 years on active duty, she served in multiple positions working on strategy,  policy, training, and planning for space operations. She has a bachelors degree in Biology from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an M.B.A

She brings experience with multiple federal agencies and international organizations, space law and policy, government oversight, and staffing across organizations. She is currently employed as a defense contractor supporting U.S. Space Force software development that supports tracking satellites using commercial systems. 

She seeks to participate in a governance board that is transparent in its work, considers various perspectives and approaches, and is responsive to the needs of our students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
