Dr. Kimberly Whitten-Chung

Kimberly Whitten-Chung is passionate about service to the community. She has been serving the Colorado Springs community for over 20 years as a paramedic and Emergency Medical Services educator. Currently she is the Director of EMS education at Pikes Peak State College where she educates new EMS providers in our region. Kimberly holds a Master’s degree in Education and is a Doctoral candidate in Higher Education Leadership and Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, and Assessment.

Kimberly has two daughters that attend Banning Lewis Academy, one at the Prep and one at the Ranch. She is very proud of both daughters and the education they receive through the Academy. She and her husband believe that BLA provides the best education and environment for their girls to = grow into contributing members of society. Kimberly is eager to be a member of the Board to work toward solutions = with the Administration, parents, students and stakeholders to ensure that our schools are the best in Colorado and the Nation.
