Shannon Brady-Vice President

Shannon Brady is a proud parent of two sons at Banning Lewis Preparatory Academy and has been part of the BLA and greater Banning Lewis community since 2016. She is passionate about educational excellence and brings both personal dedication and extensive leadership experience to her role on the Board.

Shannon retired from the United States Air Force after 24 years of distinguished service. Throughout her career, she held senior leadership roles in human resources, organizational development, training, and operations management. She advised top military leadership, led cross-functional teams, oversaw compliance programs, and supported strategic initiatives impacting thousands of service members. Her service also included multiple deployments to the Middle East and Africa. Beyond her military career, Shannon has held leadership roles in nonprofit, school, and professional organizations.

As a board member, Shannon is committed to thoughtful governance and strategic planning that uphold BLA’s tradition of academic excellence, inclusivity, and community engagement. She is known for her collaborative spirit, integrity, and solutions-oriented approach—focused on creating supportive environments where students, families, and educators can thrive.
