Team Mission/Vision Statement

“The mission of Banning Lewis Preparatory Academy Football is to empower student-athletes to excel in athletics, academics, and life. We believe that true success comes from developing the whole individual—on and off the field. Our commitment to a culture of excellence is built on the principles of competing for greatness in all we do, treating others with respect and dignity, leaving every place better than we found it, and dedicating relentless effort to every endeavor. Together, we strive to ‘win everything we touch’ while shaping future leaders.”

Coach Sal

Hello, Stallions! My name is Emanuel Saldana. I was born in Texas and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, which taught me the value of discipline and teamwork. For the past five years, I’ve been working at USSPACECOM, where I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in the space domain. This football season, I’m thrilled to step into the role of coach for the Stallions, focusing on the Running Backs and Linebackers. I’m passionate about helping these young athletes develop their skills and grow both on and off the field.
